Frame and Base Plates
A-Cell footprints are a minimum of 36"x36" and a maximum of 60"x60". They may be configured in 1 foot increments. Custom sizes available.
Construction
A-Cell base frames are made from welded 2.5" X 2.5" steel tubing. The seams are grinded for smooth seamless finish. The frame is then powder coated bright white for a clean appearance. Custom colors are available.
Heavy duty casters with leveling pads are bolted to the bottom of the frame as well. Roll your A-Cell to its position and drop the leveling pads. We offer custom design for any of our A-Cell features. Frames and base plates can be provided in any fashion you would like, just let us know.
Base Plates
There are 4 identical 1" aluminum base plates in each A-Cell. The base plates come with 5/16"-18 tapped holes every on a 2 inch grid and .250" slip-fit dowel holes spread throughout the plates. These holes allow you to mount tooling wherever it is needed in the cell.
A 3D model of the A-Cell is provided so holes sizes and locations can be referenced.
